Despite yesterday's huge rally, once quality tech stocks like Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE:HPQ), Research In Motion Limited (NASDAQ:RIMM), and Activision Blizzard, Inc. (NASDAQ:ATVI) are still trading near 52-week lows, so are these stocks bargains or just dangerous?

Research In Motion Limited (NASDAQ:RIMM) shares have lost 1/4 of their value in the past 30 days and to make matters worse its stock hit a new 52-week low today of $42.87.

Finally some stocks rallied this afternoon for the first time in weeks, including Research in Motion (NASDAQ:RIMM) finishing positive for the first time this week, other winners included KB Home (NYSE:KBH) adding 4.5% and Orbitz Worldwide (NASDAQ:OWW) jumping 12.5%.

Research in Motion Limited (NASDAQ:RIMM) shares hit $47.96 today, that's 0.5% away from a new 52-week low, and the day is far from over -- the pain continues for RIM shareholders.

Latest market news includes Verizon in talks with content providers for tablet TV service, ProLogis closes on two senior credit facilities for ProLogis European Property Funds, and Oppenheimer trims Research In Motion stock price target to $58, from $69.

After losing over 40% of its value since late September 2009, shares of Research In Motion Limited (USA) (NASDAQ:RIMM) are looking for a bottom.
