Nobody likes the Home builder stocks, they are sitting at all-time lows, but today they are all having a good day thanks to Q2 earnings season kicking off on a positive note.  Should the recovery continue, the Street can't ignore how ugly things may be for these stocks, which is why its time to revisit D.R. Horton Inc (NYSE:DHI) and KB Home (NYSE:KBH).

Good news for shareholders of Citigroup (NYSE:C), D.R. Horton, Inc. (NYSE:DHI), Valero Energy Corporation (NYSE:VLO) and other S&P 500 stocks.  New SEC rules will require the exchanges to pause trading if the price moves 10% or more in a five-minute period.

AnnTaylor Stores Corp. (NYSE:ANN) has posted a Q3 EPS of $0.20, thereby beating the Street by an impressive $0.13. Their revenue was listed at $462M, which is slightly lower than Q3 2008 of $474M and down -12.3% from the previous quarter.
