Clearwire Corp. (NASDAQ:CLWR) shares have taken a beating these past three months, falling 36% and now trading just 10% from its 52-week low.  The question is will Clearwire stay afloat in 2011 and if so, when is the time to buy?

It seems the rumor mill is still a buzz about a merger of Sprint Nextel Corporation (NYSE:S) and T-Mobile USA (owned by Deutsche Telekom).  If Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE:VZ) and AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) continue to expand control over the wireless arena,

Clearwire Corporation (NASDAQ:CLWR) shares are down 15% in the low $7 range today with massive volume and selling helping to drive shares of the deep end after the company dissappointed the Street with a Q2 2009 loss, despite maintaining their 2009-2010 outlook.  So do you believe the CEO or do you go with the masses?

Clearwire Corp. (NASDAQ:CLWR) was supposed to be the future of everything 'wireless internet' and was going to take in millions in revenue.  Enter Reality.  Since the much hyped IPO back in 2006 Clearwire shares are down 78%, hitting the $2 level back in March and now trading in the high $4 range.  The question now remains, is this stock worth getting into or do you leave it alone?

Both Sprint and Clearwire down over 20% since Tuesday

The Obama impact has come and gone this week after boosting Sprint (NYSE:S) and Clearwire Corp.(NASDAQ:CLWR) shares last week, since Tuesday both companies are down more than 20%, and it could get worse.
