Yesterday after the announcement of the approval of 13 new human embryonic stem cell lines shares of StemCells, Inc. (NASDAQ:STEM), Opexa Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:OPXA) and Aastrom Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ:ASTM) have cooled off following a frenzy of buying.

The green light has been turned on for 13 new human embryonic stem cell lines.  Shares of StemCells, Inc. (NASDAQ:STEM) surge 20%, Opexa Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:OPXA) is up 33%, and Aastrom Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ:ASTM) spiking 15%.

Geron Corp. Shares Display Perfect Head-and-Shoulders Pattern

What a site, Geron Corp. (NASDAQ:GERN) shares are displaying a beautiful head-and-shoulders pattern. From $5 a share in May to $9 in July then back down to $5 level today. Stem Cells were all the rage a few months ago, now they've just lost steam.
