Remember back in the day when the Motorola (NYSE:MOT) RAZR sold 50 million units and Motorola shares were trading in the $20 range?  Since then, hello MOTO has lost it's "Flair". It seems that they are doing just the minimum, like Jennifer Aniston in Office Space:
