Poker to Stock Market: Joe Cada
Joe Cada, the youngest champion at the 2009 World Series of Poker, talks with Bloomberg's Pimm Fox about winning the $8.55 million top price in Las Vegas on Nov. 10th. Cada is planning on entering the investing world and explains that "the stock market is similar to poker".
Speaking of investing and poker -- Bear Stearns' Begleiter claims sixth place at World Series of Poker. Two years ago Bob Slezak, the former chief financial officer of brokerage TD Ameritrade, finished 15th in the Main Event and a year earlier hedge-fund operator David Einhorn placed 18th.
Back to Cada, he still "has some learning to do" when it comes to investing but now that he has over $8 million to start investing, sky is the limit for the kid who just turned 21.
